We are so happy that you found our Lancaster dental office. Our team works diligently to make sure that your entire experience with us is as successful and smooth as possible. In order to have a productive visit, you need to know some information and be prepared in advance. If you have questions about your appointment after reading the information below, just contact us! We’re here to help however we can.
When you come for your first appointment, we’ll collect your insurance information and other new patient paperwork. Then, we’ll take X-rays of your teeth, and your dentist will take a few minutes to learn more about you and your goals before examining your mouth. If they find something amiss, they will explain the issue and potential treatment options. Finally, we’ll clean your teeth, removing stubborn plaque deposits. Before you leave, we’ll schedule any follow-up appointments as necessary.
All new patients need to complete several forms before we can begin their initial appointment. But did you know that you don’t have to fill this paperwork out in our waiting room? We’ve made our forms available online so that you can take care of this step before you arrive. That way, we can get you checked in more efficiently, and you’re ready to start your appointment on time.

The Sunny Dental team wants to help patients be well-informed about what to expect when they head home after their dental procedure, which is why post-operative instructions are available below. There are also helpful tips here about what to do and what NOT to do to keep you and your treatment site(s) as safe and comfortable as possible during the healing process. Any questions or concerns? If you don’t have dental insurance, it doesn’t mean that you’re stuck paying full price for dental care. You can join our Sunny Dental Wellness Club. To become a member, you pay a reasonable annual fee with no waiting periods, yearly maximums, or monthly premiums to worry about. This plan covers many preventive services, including two sets of X-rays, two regular cleanings, and two fluoride treatments. In addition, you get 30 percent off all other treatment fees.
